We are looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our back-to-school launch team in September and October. Sales experience is important, but so is teamwork, leadership, and a passion for helping your fellow students find the best deal on a mobile phone.

Job Description
A Student Phones Campus Representative is our ambassador on campus. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our discounted wireless products and accessories and saving your fellow students money. You will also be in charge of managing the display booth, looking after the stock of flyers, posters, displays etc. Campus Representatives also support our relationships with the Student Unions, campus organizations, student associations, and other campus groups to ensure all Canadian students are getting the best possible deals on wireless handsets and more.

Duties and Responsibilities
Be visible on campus to spread the word about Student Phones
Responsible for having complete understanding of all systems and products available in the store
Ensure that displays and appearance of the booth is attractive, reflects popular or new products and relates to specific events or promotions occurring at Student Phones
Assist management with on-campus marketing ideas
Build rapport with student clientele
Build relationships with campus organizations, student associations, and other campus groups

The Retail Sales Associate will be involved in controlling all aspects of our store operations such as inventory management, accuracy of daily transactions, and in-store merchandising. Greeting customers and servicing their needs to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure that the general operation of the store is carried out in the most professional, organized, and profitable manner possible
Open and close the store as required
Maintain complete understanding of all systems and products available in the store
Work with Regional Sales Manager to maintain sufficient levels of inventory
Ensure that displays and appearance of the store is attractive, reflects popular or new products and relates to specific events or promotions
Process sales, balance the cash register and organize sales receipts, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager

Job Description
Call Centre Representatives will be handling a multitude of tasks on the phone, that include sales, service and support for the other Sales Channels. No cold-calling will be involved, but the Representatives are expected to be playing a sales role with incoming calls, and will be expected to meet certain sales targets. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, a commitment to customer satisfaction is critical for all our Representatives.

The Logistics Support Technician’s main responsibility is to fulfill the backend tasks necessary to deliver products to our customers. This involves activating phones, shipping, inventory management, resolving customer issues, and troubleshooting common problems. Logistics Support Technicians ensure a positive retail experience for our customers by fulfilling their orders quickly and efficiently.

Handle inventory distribution for Retail locations
Communicate to Management on stock levels and issues revolving around activations
Perform returns and exchanges
Respond to order information requests from customers
