Shipping is free within Canada, for any order where a plan is purchased. There will be a shipping charge, for any order that is not accompanied by a plan.
Cash on delivery is only available for Fido phones without a price reduction gift; and the order must not be accompanied with an accessory.

Fido Phones
Fido's Satisfaction Guarantee period is 15 days from the activation date. A Fido phone may be exchanged or refunded within 15 days. A full refund or exchange will be processed when you return your phone in working order with all accessories and any gifts that we have provided you. Please contact StudentPhones at 1-866-287-1835 to find out how to return or exchange your Fido phone.
Rogers Phones
The phone can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days. However, there are usage limits. The limits are 30 minutes or 150kb of data transmission. If these limits are hit before the 30 days, the satisfaction period is over. Please contact StudentPhones at 1-866-287-1835 to find out how to return or exchange your Fido phone.
Accessories
We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund on accessories you buy online, up to 14 days after your receive your order. An original copy of the shipping receipt must accompany all returns and exchanges.
Opened items may be returned, however all products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.
For hygienic concerns, opened earpieces cannot be refunded. If a defect can be proven, the earpiece can be exchanged for the same item.
Student Phones will not refund any return shipping charges unless we made an error in order processing. Student Phones is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier or consider returning eligible products to our Main office.
